So I have been a bit busy around here (and a bit absent from my blog) because i have been preparing a new class at BIG PICTURE CLASSES!!!!   I am super thrilled to share that I am teaching "Document the Magic" which is now LIVE at BPC!  

Big Picture Classes just re-launched it's site late in February- and you guys, it's AWESOME.  You must go check it out.  And the concept of access to ALL classes for a subscription fee of $9.95/month is fantastic.   (and you can even start a FREE trial to just check it all out!!!  info about starting your free trial is here).


So if you know me, you know that two of my very favorite hobbies/obsessions is Scrapbooking and Disney.  So the fact that these two are coming together into a class is SO exciting for me!  We will visit Disney 3 times in less than a year (shhh this last visit is coming soon and two kiddos don't know about it), so it's safe to say we are hooked.  I tell Todd all the time that I would love to be a Disney vacation planner.  Or work there?  I'm short.. i would be a great Minnie Mouse.  Kidding. (kind of).  



The first installment of Document the Magic is all about your time spent before and at Disney.  I have nine lessons on what to pack, what camera to use, collecting character autographs, how to document your day, and how to collect memorabilia.  I devote four lessons to photograph in the parks--- how to eliminate the crowd, character interactions, capturing the impeccable Disney details, and capturing the magic.



This summer I will release my second installment of the class where we will put together a Disney album that will allow you to relive the magic memories made at Disney!

Project Life: Cienna

Today I am sharing the week of January 26 - February 1st in my Project Life album.



We have had a dreadfully long winter in the midwest, and FINALLY this week we are seeing glimpses of spring in the forecast.  I loved using the Cienna collection by Elle's Studio in my winter photos to add soft pastels to an otherwise WHITE and COLD winter.



By the way the Cienna will be available TOMORROW in the Elle's Studio shop!!  We will also be releasing our March kit (which is awesome).



So this particular week:  our laundry room was painted and complete, cheer camp clinic, basketball clinic, super bowl, penguin day for jonah, photo shoot for birthday invites for jordan.  AND parenthood finale.  ALL THE TEARS.
